Accessibility

1. Commitment

Mr. Hoard LLC is committed to making mrhoard.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification or keyboard-only navigation.

2. Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we review the Site against that standard as it grows.

3. What is built in

• A “skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
• Visible keyboard focus on links, buttons and form fields.
• Semantic structure — headings, landmarks and labelled navigation — for screen readers.
• A layout that works from small phone screens through wide desktop screens and remains usable at 200% zoom.
• Text and background colours chosen for strong contrast.
• Reduced-motion settings respected throughout.

4. Known limitations

Some third-party tools (the newsletter form, scheduling and checkout) are outside our direct control and may not fully match our own standard. We review them as they are added.

5. Reporting a barrier

If you meet an accessibility barrier anywhere on this Site, write to support@mrhoard.com with the page you were on and a description of the issue, and we will work to address it.
