1. Acceptance
By using mrhoard.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any guide, course or advisory offered through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it by any means other than the interface we provide.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, guides, course materials, photographs, graphics and marks — is owned by Mr. Hoard LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from that content, except as permitted in Section 4.
4. Guides and courses
Guides and courses are sold and delivered through Payhip. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share or publicly post purchased materials.
5. Advisory, and what it is not
Advisory is Michael Hoard sharing what he has done, built, tested and paid for — his own experience, offered as a reference for your decisions. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. He does not recommend investments or tell you where to put your money. His clinical credential is part of his own story; nothing on this Site or in an advisory call is medical advice, and no clinician–patient relationship is created. Booking or attending a call creates no advisor–client or fiduciary relationship. The decisions remain yours.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our guides, courses or advisory.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Hoard LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products and services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to it.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published at this address is the one in force, and continued use of the Site after a change is acceptance of it.
