Refunds
1. Guides and courses
If a guide or course purchased through Payhip is not what you needed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. No justification is required inside that window.
2. How to request one
Email support@mrhoard.com with your order confirmation. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, and your Payhip access to the product ends when the refund is issued.
3. After 14 days
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are reviewed at our discretion. We may decline requests that fall outside the window or that show signs of abuse, such as repeated purchase and refund of the same material.
4. Advisory calls
Calls booked through Cal.com may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 days before the scheduled time at no charge. A call that has taken place is not refundable. If we have to cancel, or you could not attend and did not reschedule in time, write to support@mrhoard.com and we will work out a fair resolution.
